1. Sectional panel – insulation and resistance to deformation
Infilled with high-quality freon-free polyurethane foam, ensuring resistance to the weather conditions. A special five-fold sheet metal bending system significantly reinforces the structure.
2. Galvanized steel + powder coating
Steel panel components are galvanized, which effectively protects them against corrosion. Sectional panels are also protected with a polyester coating or film coating. An additional innovative form of protection is the powder coating technology, which increases resistance to UV radiation, scratches, and other weather-related discolouration.
3. Springs – up to 25,000 operating cycles
Individually matched to the door leaf dimensions, ensuring optimal performance. Service life: up to 20,000 cycles for extension springs and up to 25,000 cycles for torsion springs. This means over a dozen years of daily use.
4. Rollers and tracks – quiet and smooth operation
Rollers with polymer bushings are self-lubricating and wear-resistant. High-quality gaskets ensure tightness, while innovative drums made of durable polymer increase resistance to loads. All this translates into smooth operation, reduced maintenance requirements, and – as a result – extended door lifespan.
5. Drive unit matched to the door
The drive unit is selected based on the dimensions, weight, and characteristics of the given door. This ensures optimal operating conditions and prevents overload.
6. Precision installation
