ULTRA gate
ULTRA can be tailored to meet the requirements of your project, offering a wide range of customization options. The gate is available in widths of up to 7 metres. This is made possible by its proprietary design, featuring a gate leaf made from 60 x 60 mm closed box sections and a 95 x 85 x 4 mm running rail.

Gate with a drive unit in a low box
Functionality and safety
The gate has been designed to deliver maximum functionality and safe operation, even under intensive use. Its structural design and modern equipment ensure smooth operation, user comfort, and a high level of safety.
Drive unit installed in a low box
Provides a compact, aesthetically pleasing appearance while effectively protecting the drive mechanism and central control unit against weather conditions and mechanical damage.
Low box integrated with the guiding frame
The low box is installed on the same foundation plate as the guiding frame, making installation faster and easier.
Safety edge
A key safety component of an automatic sliding gate system. Installed on the leading edge of the gate leaf, the guiding frame or the end of the gate. It detects obstacles and, upon encountering resistance, immediately stops and reverses the gate to prevent crushing.
Warning light
The warning light indicates that the gate leaf is in motion each time the gate is operated.
Photocells
Installed on the gate posts. If an obstacle enters the clear opening, the infrared beam is interrupted, causing the gate leaf to stop and reverse.
Adjustment element
Enables additional levelling of the gate leaf relative to the ground during installation and allows its position to be adjusted during operation.
Security spikes
A steel spike top can be installed along the upper edge of the gate leaf, providing an additional level of security.
Angle braces
Angle braces made of 40x20 [mm] profiles in every infill type.
Rollers with bearings
Guiding rollers with bearings running on stainless steel lining ensure smooth and quiet gate operation.
Self-aligning carriages
Designed to ensure smooth movement of the gate leaf while compensating for foundation irregularities and profile deflection caused by the gate’s weight.
Receiver post
Heavy-duty receiver post equipped with a catcher (double post), manufactured from an 80 x 80 mm profile.
Catcher slides
The catcher slides and the positioning receiver are protected with stainless steel finishing.
Stainless steel rail cover
The guide rail incorporates stainless steel components to enhance durability and wear resistance.

Depending on the needs, the gate structure can be infilled with sections or mesh panels.
