A state-of-the-art system of gates and wickets that will be a great choice for any sector and industry. A vast array of additional options and dimensions makes the BASTION a very versatile solution. The BASTION system’s double-leaf gates are available in a manually operated or automatic version, and were awarded the CE mark. The BASTION wickets can be equipped with a standard lock with a lock cylinder or an electromagnetic strike. The BASTION system elements are available in any RAL palette colour and covered by a 10-year corrosion protection warranty.

The BASTION system can be manufactured in any dimension, colour, and with the use of any infills available in the industrial range. The investor can take advantage of our broad range of additional options to tailor the product to their needs.

Durability and reliability

The BASTION gates and wickets are made for heavy-duty operation. The solid structure guarantees resistance to harsh weather conditions. Thanks to the Duplex system, the galvanized and powder-coated elements are covered by a 10-year corrosion protection warranty.

A catcher

preventing accidental self-closing of a partially open leaf in a manually operated gate, e.g. as a result of a strong gust of wind – mounted behind the gate, keeps the leaf in the open position.

Deadbolt

in a manually operated gate constitutes a secure leaf lock mounted to the foundation.

Adjustable hinge

mounted directly in the gate post – ensures precise positioning of the wicket relative to the post.

Gates with a width up to 6 metres

in the clear passage, gate motion within 90°.

Gates with a width over 6 metres

in the clear passage, gate motion within 90°.

Surface flush-mounted lock

– a traditional way of closing the wicket, mounted in the leaf frame.

Extensive range of optional accessories

Electric deadbolt

is a safety feature used in gates in which the leaf is wider than 3 metres. The electric deadbolt is intended to secure and stabilize the gate in the closed position.

Photocells

mounted on the gate posts – if an obstacle appears in the clear passage, the infrared beam is interrupted and the leaf stops and returns to the open position.

Security spikes

in the form of a steel razor comb can be mounted on the top edge of the gate leaf.

Lock for the manually operated gate

– a reliable and durable lock for locking manually operated gates, placed in an aluminium housing.

Surface-mounted lock

– a mechanism placed in an aluminium housing, with a lock cylinder, also available in a version with an electric strike.

Lock with an electric strike

– element of an access control system – enables remote unlocking of a locked wicket.

Hinge on a mounting plate

enables installation of the wicket to the already existing steel or concrete posts.

Hinge on a channel

mounted to the post – enables installation of the wicket to the steel or concrete post.

BASTION system colour scheme

The combination of the zinc and varnish coatings in the DUPLEX system substantially contributes to extending the service life of WIŚNIOWSKI fences. Regardless of the weather, you can always be sure that WIŚNIOWSKI fences will retain their appealing look.
The fence is available in a hot-dip galvanized or a galvanized and polyester-coated version. For our customers looking for a fence in unique colours, we have prepared powder coating options with over 200 RAL palette colours.
